We value our customer relationships and place a huge
emphasis on dedication and honesty in everything we do for
you. As in all promises, we ask you to
understand that we must require the following in order to
fulfill our promise to you. We hope you agree that our
list of requirements are very reasonable. |

We must ask you to provide us with your original software
CDs. In many cases, it is virtually impossible to
repair a software problem without reinstalling original
software. This is particularly important when the
operating system is damaged or needs updating. |

We require a minimum service charge simply
to cover the cost of our trip and initial
consultation. |
|
In the first hour of our consultation, if we come to the
decision that either (1) We may not be able to find a
practical solution to your
problem (In cases like this, there may not be a
solution, short of system replacement), or if (2) We cannot find a solution within what we would consider a
reasonable amount of time. We will at this point give you the option of our
continuing or not. If you request that we continue, we will
be happy to do so, with your consent of no guarantees (no
guarantee only in the case of #1).
Additionally, if we feel certain that it would not be cost
effective or successful for you, we do reserve the right to
refuse the continuation of services.

The Block Labor Plan
allows users to purchase a specified number of support hours at a
discounted rate. To accommodate most customer requirements,
block hours are grouped in 10, 20, and 40 hours. Block labor is
purchased in advance and can be used for training, preventive maintenance, equipment repair, service calls, on-site consulting,
installations, upgrades and more. There is a minimum of two
(2) Block Labor hours for each service call.
